1. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is only considered confirmed once payment or an approved deposit has been received in full.
- After submitting your inquiry, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability and discuss details.
- Booking requests do not guarantee a reservation โ dates are held on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment.
- All bookings are subject to availability and our approval. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.
- The person submitting the booking is responsible for ensuring all provided information (date, location, event type) is accurate.
2. Payment
- Payment is processed via e-transfer after booking confirmation.
- Full payment is required to secure your booking unless a deposit arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon in writing.
- Prices listed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
- Any optional upgrades (e.g. 10-barrel configuration) must be requested and paid for in advance.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 7 days before the event: Full refund of the total amount paid.
- 1โ7 days before the event: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Less than 24 hours before the event: No refund. The full amount is non-refundable.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or message. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
- In the event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, operator illness, etc.), you will receive a full refund or a rescheduled date at no additional cost.
- We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by weather unless the event cannot safely proceed, in which case rescheduling will be offered.
4. Rescheduling
- One complimentary rescheduling is permitted if requested more than 7 days before the original event date, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the event may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
- Rescheduled events must take place within 90 days of the original booking date.
5. Safety Rules & Responsibilities
The safety of every child is our absolute top priority. By booking, the event organizer agrees to the following:
- A responsible adult must supervise the barrel train and its passengers at all times during operation.
- The driver must maintain a safe speed and a safe distance from vehicles, buildings, people, fences, and other obstacles at all times.
- The event organizer is responsible for ensuring a safe, flat, and adequate operating surface before our arrival. We reserve the right to refuse operation if the space is deemed unsafe.
- Children must be seated properly inside the barrels at all times. Standing, leaning out, or riding on top of the barrels is strictly prohibited.
- Passengers must keep arms, legs, and heads inside the barrels while the train is in motion.
- The maximum passenger weight per barrel must not be exceeded. Barrels are designed for children; adults should not ride unless explicitly confirmed with us in advance.
- No food, drinks, or sharp objects are permitted inside the barrels during the ride.
- The train must come to a complete stop before passengers board or disembark.
- Alcohol consumption by the operator of the quad/ATV is strictly prohibited.
- The organizer must ensure a clearly defined route free of hazards before each ride begins.
6. Liability & Waiver
- A liability waiver may be required to be signed by the event organizer before the event begins.
- Barrel Train Rides Steinbach is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from failure to follow the safety rules outlined above.
- The event organizer assumes full responsibility for the conduct of guests and the suitability of the event location.
- We are not responsible for damage to property caused by the barrel train if the operating area was not adequately prepared or disclosed in advance.
- In the event of an accident caused by operator negligence on our part, we carry appropriate liability coverage.
7. Event Location & Travel
- We are based in Steinbach, Manitoba. Events within Steinbach and the immediate surrounding area are included in our standard pricing.
- Events outside of our standard service area may be subject to a travel fee, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
- The client is responsible for providing accurate address and access information. Failure to do so may result in delays or inability to attend, with no refund issued.
- Adequate parking and unloading space must be available at the event location for our trailer and vehicle.
8. Equipment Use & Damage
- For self-pickup packages (Bronze), the client is responsible for the equipment from the moment of pickup until its return.
- Any damage to the barrel train, barrels, or trailer caused during the rental period is the financial responsibility of the client.
- Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received, clean and undamaged.
- The client must not modify, repair, or attempt to fix any part of the equipment. Any mechanical issues must be reported to us immediately.
- Loss or theft of equipment during the rental period is the full financial responsibility of the client.
9. Taxes
- All prices listed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes.
- If Barrel Train Rides Steinbach is registered for GST/HST, applicable taxes will be disclosed at the time of booking confirmation.
- Clients are responsible for any taxes applicable in their jurisdiction.
10. Photos & Media
- Photos or videos taken at events by our team may be used for promotional purposes on our website or social media.
- If you do not wish your event or guests to appear in our promotional material, you must notify us in writing at the time of booking.
- We will never publish photos that clearly identify minors without parental consent.
11. Privacy Policy โ PIPEDA Compliance
Barrel Train Rides Steinbach ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.
11.1 Accountability
The owner of Barrel Train Rides Steinbach is responsible for all personal information under our control. If you have questions or concerns about how we handle your personal information, you may contact us directly (see Section 11.9).
11.2 What Personal Information We Collect
When you submit a booking request, we collect the following information:
- Full name

- Phone number
- Event date, time, and location (address)
- Event type and number of children expected
- Package selection and any special notes you provide
We do not collect payment card information on this website. Payment is arranged separately via e-transfer after booking confirmation.
11.3 Why We Collect It (Purpose)

- To fulfill our service obligations on the day of your event
- To comply with legal or regulatory requirements
We do not use your personal information for unsolicited marketing unless you have given explicit consent.

By submitting a booking request and checking the consent box on our booking form, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes described in this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us in writing, though this may affect our ability to provide services to you.
11.5 Limiting Collection
We collect only the personal information necessary to fulfill the purposes identified above. We do not collect sensitive personal information (such as health information, SIN numbers, or financial account details) through our booking form.
11.6 Use, Disclosure & Retention
- Your personal information is used solely for booking-related communication and service delivery.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
- We may share your information with service providers who assist in operating our business (e.g. email providers), under strict confidentiality obligations.
- We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
- Booking records are retained for a minimum of 2 years for accounting and legal purposes, after which they are securely deleted.
11.7 Accuracy
We take reasonable steps to keep your personal information accurate, complete, and up to date for the purposes for which it is used. If you believe your information is inaccurate, please contact us so we can correct it.
11.8 Safeguards

11.10 Third-Party Services
